January Stamp of the Month Blog Hop - Card Captions

Welcome to the January Stamp of the Month Blog Hop!! This month's stamp is Card Captions. This is very useful stamp set has 19 sentiments and 5 fun icon images!! If you came from Haley Dyer's Blog you are on the right track! The hop is one big circle so when you get back to me you will know you have completed the hop! If you get lost along the way, you can see the entire list of participants HERE.

I thought it would be fun to create some cards with this month's feature paper - Something Fierce.  I used some of my leftover complements on this card and added fun thin cuts.

For the bottom portion of my card I used two strips of the scallop paper and layered each with a piece of matching watercolor B&T paper cut with the Decorative Borders Scallop Thin Cut. I stamped the dots in Sapphire ink across the top of the scallop. I used the "sending you sunshine and rainbows" sentiments just above the dots. I cut 2 sizes of stitched circle thin cuts in the yellow print B&T paper and stamped "Get Well Soon" in Sapphire ink on the smaller circle. Gold Sequins add the finishing touch.
