They included Christmas M & M's, oats and chocolate chips. Then the big day came and this is what I heard: "Mom Santa ate all of his cookie, he liked it!"
Thanks for sharing, I always love seeing what crafting pursuits you are up to!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6030279183449385444.post-48434031683673433002010-12-16T10:00:24.802-06:002010-12-16T10:00:24.802-06:00This is the best gingersnap recipe I have ever use...This is the best gingersnap recipe I have ever used and is great for cookie swaps--it makes around 14 1/2 dozen.

Dipped Gingersnaps

2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup molasses
4 cups all-purpose flour
4 teaspoons baking soda
3 teaspoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt

Additional sugar

2 packages (10-12 ounces each) vanilla or white chips
1/4 cup shortening

In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar and oil.
