Dreamin' Big with PML Cards

Image
In February I taught a layout class that used our Dreamin' Big paper pack.  We used most of the paper and a couple of the PML cards from the pack but I still had SEVERAL cards left.  Multiply those cards by the number of paper packs needed for the class and I had a STACK!  So, I turned them into cards for my next Card Buffet!   These cut apart Picture My Life Cards that are included in the paper pack are great for extending you layouts with our popular Pocket Plus Memory Protectors but if you don't have enough pictures to use them, then you can make cards with them.   I love using them to jumpstart a quick and easy card! Here are four cards that I created.  These will all be included in my next Card Buffet coming up soon! This card uses the Happy Birthday Thin Cut!  (Z3304) I also used retired Florence Sequins which actually look great with this paper! This simple card used TWO PML cards - one for the background and one for the sentiment! I used the D

Recap: Puerto Vallarta Mexico with Close To My Heart

Image
I just returned this past week from my 2nd incentive trip that I earned from Close To My Heart!   What an awesome time we had in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico!  While the 1st trip I earned to Hawaii was exciting and a dream come true, this 2nd trip was even more special!  I think because this time Jeff & I were able to relax a little more and we got to spend even more time getting to know other consultants and their spouses.  As usual, CTMH treats their consultants like Royalty!   We stayed in an all exclusive resort - Riu Palace Pacifico Resort Upon arrival, once we got to our rooms we had this great big box of goodies waiting for us! OOOOHHHH Look at all the goodies! I unpacked a beautiful beach bag, a travel cinch pack (it's sitting in the beach bag),  2 fuse water bottles, a cover up (hanging on the side of the beach bag), 2 caps, and TWO sand mats that zip up to bags!  (these are green).  HOW cool is all this stuff!  Everything came in so handy

Welcome to the March Stamp of the Month Blog Hop! This month we are featuring Tea-rrific. This set has 11 stamps. If you have come here from Tracey Pierce's Blog , you are on the right path! The blog hop is a great big circle, so you can start here and work your way around. If you get lost along the way, you'll find the complete list of participating consultant's HERE . My mother loves antique floral tea cups so I immediately thought of her when I saw this stamp set.  I created this card with her in mind.  I stamped the plain tea cup on 2 different pattern papers from Hello Lovely - floral for the cup and the more subtle fern pattern for the saucer.   I stamped the flower on another piece of paper from Hello Lovely and added a gold glitter gem to the center.   I cut a small branch of leaves in fern cardstock with the Flower Market Cricut cartridge to set the tea cup on.
