Banner Wishes with Charming Chevrons

A few non Christmas items I fell in love are two very cute stamp sets - Banner Wishes and Charming Chevrons. Today has turned cold and dreary which goes right along with this very bad cold I caught! I left work early and came home to sleep which did do some good. This afternoon I made this bright cheery birthday card to chase those yucky blues away. I used Cotton Candy, Whisper, Pear and Honey Inks. The sparkles around the chevrons are from the Sparkles Chevron Shapes (Z1909) . They fit perfectly to the Charming Chevrons (A1150) .
