Taste of Summer - For Someone Special

Here is anpther Taste of Summer sampling!  Today's card features the strawberry and orange print from our exclusive Taste of Summer paper pack!  


This is the 3rd card I created using the Heartstrings WOTG Cardmaking kit pattern.  I added started with the strawberry and orange print paper as my base instead of leaving it plain as directed in the Heartstrings pattern.  See the pattern I used below.


Once again, I used the Finding the Words stamp set along with the strawberry images from the Taste of Summer stamp set.  I accented the card with White Shimmer Trim and Pink Glitter Gems.

Now, I want to share with a cute way to make a gift card holder!  I used the Artiste Cricut Cartridge to make this holder.  It was very simple!  The Cricut cuts the card and it folds so that you can slip a gift card inside! I set the cricut to cut at 5".  I recycled an old gift card so my card is a little thick. This size worked well.   If inserting a regular card you can use 4 3/4" measurement.  "Merry Christmas" is also cut using the Artiste Cricut Cartridge.  I set the measurement to 2".               To re
