January SOTM - Sweet Little Things Blog Hop


Welcome to our January Stamp of the Month Blog Hop . In this blog hop we are featuring Sweet Little Things.  This set includes 10 images! The cute little bear image made me think 'slimline' so I stamped him on a piece of White Daisy cardstock with Intense Black ink and then colored him with my Tri-Blend Markers.  I stamped the sentiment along the bottom and added an extra patch of flowers.

To add a little interest to the card, I drew dashed lines to give the impression that the little bee has been flying all around the card!  I also added a few bitty sparkles.

Now, I want to share with a cute way to make a gift card holder!  I used the Artiste Cricut Cartridge to make this holder.  It was very simple!  The Cricut cuts the card and it folds so that you can slip a gift card inside! I set the cricut to cut at 5".  I recycled an old gift card so my card is a little thick. This size worked well.   If inserting a regular card you can use 4 3/4" measurement.  "Merry Christmas" is also cut using the Artiste Cricut Cartridge.  I set the measurement to 2".               To re
