I love the Picture My Life cards because you can do so many different things with them! And even better - now you can purchase the cards A La Carte' without the protector pages and the cover page. Recently I created a Display Tray and mini book using the For Always PML cards as a wedding gift for my nephew and his new bride. If you missed seeing the Display Tray, you can see it here.
I couldn't wait to use the new mini book for an additional gift. These spiral My Creations Mini Books come in Black or Kraft. They have a sturdy chipboard cover and include 10 mini page protectors (5 each of 2 designs) that hold either one 4" x 6" or two 3" x 4" Picture My Life™ cards or photos. I used the black album to go along with the Display Tray.
I designed the cover using PML cards and our Black Glitter Paper. I used the Art Philosophy cartridge to cut the flourish and the Artbooking cartridge to cut "Always and Forever". The accent color in the wedding was a peach color.
I wanted to add a touch of peach so I used 3 silver hearts from our new Stuck On You Puffies and colored them with the ShinHan Touch Twin Light Orange Marker. This was perfect!
For my cover page inside I used two different PML cards. The shape in the middle is cut from a different card and layered on top of the base PML card. I stamped Jeremy and Sarah and the wedding date with the stamp set that comes with the Artfully Sent Cricut Collection. The little flowers at the top are from the stamp set that is included in the Heartstrings Cardmaking WOTG kit. I stamped the image first in Black and again in Sorbet. I cut out and layered the Sorbet flowers.
Here are just a few more pages. I only added a few pictures because I wanted to Sarah to add her own favorites and journal her special memories from that day.
