What a fun stamp! So many choices of cakes. My first thought was do create a birthday card but I decided to do something a little different. Since weddings are on my mind alot lately I decided to create a card using the "just Married" sentiment.
I used my watercolor paints on the cake and the cake stand. I created the background for my card using the back of the little rose stamp. I placed it upside down on my block so that flat side was up and image was facing the block. Next I inked the rose in Pixie ink up to the leaf and then inked just the leaf in Sweet Leaf Ink. I randomly stamped the White Daisy Cardstock until it was full of roses. At first I wasn't too sure about it because it looked like this -
But then I flipped the stamp over and inked it in Black ink and stamped over all of the roses.
Much better! It was exactly the look I was going for.
