National Scrapbooking Month - Live Beautifully Blog Hop
May is National Scrapbooking Month! Close To My Heart has several exclusive products available during the month of May to celebrate! I believe these products will fit every scrapbooker's needs whether they are first time scrappers, experienced scrappers, those that love to stamp and those that love to design their own layouts! ICYMI - See my May 1 blog post that gives the details on all of our Live Beautifully products HERE. But, for now, lets get started on the hop! If you came from Haley Dyer's Blog you are on the right track! At the bottom of my post, you will find the link that will take you to the next blog. If you get lost along the way, you can find the complete list of hoppers HERE.
Today, I'm sharing one of the five layouts that I created with the Live Beautifully paper pack.
On this layout, I used the subtle Whisper diagonal stripe paper for my base pages. I chose the sea glass floral paper accented with the 2 gold foil designs. I stamped the flowers onto Whisper Cardstock with VersaMark Ink and then heat embossed the White Embossing Powder to get my White Flower accents. Using the Whisper cardstock, gives the flower's line a color that blends with the base pages. I used Fern ink for the leaves.
I stamped the word "dream" directly onto the layout on the left page and the sentiment on the right. I added a touch of sea glass glitter paper for trim and Gold Glitter Gems as accents.
