Holiday Sparkle/Season Of Joy Blog Hop


Welcome to our special Blog Hop featuring our Holiday Sparkle card kit and our Seasons Of Joy cricut cartridge! The Holiday Sparkle card kit is a fun Cut Above shaker card kit that includes everything you need to create 12 shaker cards including PRE-PRINTED card bases!! Our other new product we are featuring in this hop is our Seasons of Joy cricut cartridge!  This collection features over 45 images and projects including several seasonal icons, titles, and sentiments, as well as a collection of 3-D projects that you can create after a few simple cuts on your Cricut® machine.

 I decided to combine the two products and alter our Holiday Sparkle cards using the Seasons of Joy cricut cartridge!

For thiscard I used the Silent Night Image from Seasons of Joy.   I ungrouped the image so that I could delete the back layer.  I also sliced off the tabs that make the image stand up.  I cut 7 layers of "Silent" so that it would be even with my Shaker and I could overlap.  I also added clear shimmer brush to the 1st layer and the trees.





I had so much fun combining the two products, I've decided to do some more! I'll be sharing those in the coming week.

Now, I want to share with a cute way to make a gift card holder!  I used the Artiste Cricut Cartridge to make this holder.  It was very simple!  The Cricut cuts the card and it folds so that you can slip a gift card inside! I set the cricut to cut at 5".  I recycled an old gift card so my card is a little thick. This size worked well.   If inserting a regular card you can use 4 3/4" measurement.  "Merry Christmas" is also cut using the Artiste Cricut Cartridge.  I set the measurement to 2".               To re
