This is the double stamp set - you get TWO D-size stamps in one envelope!
I've got a couple of things to share that I made with this set. First, is this little journal. My daughter is in a sorority and she needed a little notebook for the girl she was rushing. They use the notebook to take notes and various other things and it must be carried with them at all times. I happened to have one of Close To My Heart's retired journals that has a protective front cover. So I used this to create her notebook.
I didn't have a Greek Cricut Cartridge so I used the George Cricut Cartridge. I just made an "A" a little bit larger than the other "A" and "K" and cut the legs and top tail off to make it a "D"! I thought that was pretty clever.
About a week later, I wanted to create a layout using this set. If you like doing the Project Life, this set is perfect for that! I wanted my layout to represent all things involved in ADK rush night. I found the perfect sketch for my layout in our new Make It From Your Heart Book (9035). I used sketch #4 for my layout.
I used Bamboo as my base and Sky, Creme Brulee and Smoothie Cardstock along with tone on tone stamping. The "ADK" on this layout is actually one of our NEW stamps - Greek Alphabet (B1411). I was happy to see Greek letters finally added to our stamps! I also used the new Burlap ribbon (Z1760) and our Color Ready Canvas Alphabet (Z1777).
And last, I created this 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 card. This was also from a sketch in our Make It From Your Heart Book (9035). Sketch #19 I used the dotted stamp and tone on tone stamping to stamp a background on the color cardstock. Then I used the stripe and chevron stamps to stamp on the white cardstock. I used Burlap Ribbon to make my pennants and strung them along on natural hemp.
I hope you enjoyed my creations! If you want to order this fabulous DOUBLE D set, visit my website and place your order today! A minimum order of $35 qualifies to get it for $5!
