Artbooking in August - Week 2

Hello!  Here we are in week two of our Artbooking in August Blog Hop!  It's been fun and I hope you are getting some wonderful ideas to use with your Artbooking cartridge!   If you came from Cassandra's Blog you are on the right track!  It's one big circle so when you get back to me you know you have completed the circle.   If you get lost along the way you can get back on track HERE.

Last week I created a two page layout using the Teamwork Layout from Artbooking.  I had some leftover scraps that I didn't want to go to waste so I used them on this card!

Again, I used the ProPlayer (X7172B) paper for this card.  The overlay was left over from my layout that I shared last week.  (you can see it HERE).  One of the great things about the Artbooking overlays is that you can easily cut them down to fit other projects leaving just the right amount of border.

The large arrows on the card are cut using the "BFF" shift Border key (from the Friendship Layout pg 79).
I layered some corrugated cardboard arrows from the ProPlayer Assortment (Z1879) on top of the arrows and tied them up with Black Hemp (Z282).  "You're A Star" is from one of the 3 stampsets that are included with the Artbooking Collection (Z1906).

I hope you are enjoying the blog hop!  We've got two more Mondays in August to share so be sure to come back!  If you don't have the Artbooking Collection yet, check with your local consultant or you can order it from my website at www.stampinheaven.ctmh.com. (Order in August and you will get the August Stamp of the Month - A Chocolate Affair for FREE!)

Now it's time to hop on to Adeline Brill's blog.  She coordinated this Artbooking in August (a huge task!) so please leave her a little love!

See you next week!
